Brief Description	Provides a list of employees whose latest performance appraisal ratings are fully successful or greater. It is produced 4 weeks prior to the generation of WGI within-grade increases for those employees listed on the report. It updates the 16-week notification previously issued. This report is not applicable to the OSC Operations and Security Center.
Report Availability	After the second Sunday following the end of the pay period.
