Provides a list of employees in pay plans GS, GG, LG, FO, FP, AL, CA, and TR whose latest performance appraisal is less than satisfactory. A WGI will not be processed for these employees. The report is produced 16 weeks prior to the due date of the employee's WGI. This report is not applicable to the OSC. |
