Query Group
An option used to view the locator data for a group of employees in a specific Department, Agency, POI, and Org structure.
to select this option at the LIST menu screen. The Query Group of Locator Records screen is displayed.
Complete the fields as follows:

Enter the Department code. |

Enter the Agency code. |

Enter the POI. |
Org-Structure 2-4 |
Enter the Org structure to the fourth level. |
After completing the applicable fields, press . An alphabetical list of the employees is displayed.
- to view the list in SSN sequence. Press to return to the alphabetical list.
- to scroll up through the list of SSNs. Press to scroll down through the list.
- to view the Help screen.
