There are four parts to an enrollment record in DPRW.

Family Information |
As a supplemental page to Part A, this page contains the dependent information. |
Part B |
This page displays different fields based on the Public Law selected on Part A. It contains information on the event that enables the enrollment. |
Part C |
This page contains the information on the processing of the action including the processing office and effective date of the enrollment. |
