Viewing System Code Records

The System Codes option on the Maintenance Main page allows users to view information about system codes, discrepancy codes, warning codes, reconciliation reason codes, reconciliation action codes, and corrective action response codes.

To View a System Code Record:

1. Select the Gears on the CLER Federal Employees Health Benefits, Centralized Enrollment Clearinghouse SystemMain Menu. The Maintenance Main page is displayed.

   

2. Select System Codes on the Maintenance Main page to display the System Codes page.

   

3. Complete the following field to sort search results:

   Display

4. Select the Submit button. The Systems Codes Search Results page is displayed.

   OR

   Select the Reset button to change the selection back to All.

   

   The data on the System Codes search results page is categorized into the following fields:

   Code

   Affects Payroll

   Affects Carrier

   Description

   Options

5. Select the View button next to the applicable record. The System Codes View page is displayed.

   

   The data on the System Codes View page is categorized into the following fields:

   Code

   Affects

   Description

   Explanation

   Last Changed ID

   Last Changed Date

   Last Changed Time

   Note: To view another record, select your browser's Back button to return to the System Codes search results page, then select the View button next to the applicable record.
