Command Buttons
CLER command buttons carry out the action described in the button’s name. The following command buttons are used throughout CLER:
- - Opens a page to add records
- - Opens a page to view data on existing records
- - Opens a page to update data on existing records
- - Deletes an existing record
- - Releases a record for processing
- - Adds data entered on a page
- - Updates an existing record
- - Refreshes a page
- If the fields for all search criteria are optional, the user may leave those fields empty and submit to display all records
- Submits criteria to search for records- Used to view and transmit Forms SF 2809 and SF 2810 information
- Refreshes search criteria pages forms- - Saves data entered on Forms SF 2809 and SF 2810 pages
- - Updates data on existing Forms SF 2809 and SF 2810 pages
- - Returns to the previous page or to refresh payroll and personnel office contact data entry pages
- - Allows Agencies to open a page to reconcile FEHB enrollee records
- - Allows Agencies to save information entered on the Payroll Office Enrollees Reconcile page
