Canceling a 2809 Record

The Cancel function allows users to cancel the release of 2809 records.

To Cancel the Release of a 2809 Record:

  1. On the CLER Main Menu - Forms tab, select 2809. The Form 2809 page is displayed.

  2. Complete the following fields on the Form 2809 page:

    Payroll Office ID

    Year

    Quarter

    Agency ID

    POI

    Enrollment Code

    SSN

    User ID

    Last Name

    First Name

    Initial

    Display

    Order By

  3. Select the Submit button. The Form 2809 page is displayed.

    OR

    Select the Reset button to clear the form.

    The data on the Form 2809 search results page is categorized into the following fields:

    Payroll Office ID

    Year/Quarter

    Enrollee SSN

    Last Name

    First Name

    Release Date

    Released By

    Status

    Options

  4. Select the Cancel button next to the applicable record. A popup appears to confirm the cancelation of the record’s release.

  5. Select the OK button to close the popup.
