Type the date (MMDDYY) the investigation was completed by the investigating Agency.
Note: For critical sensitive positions that are reinvestigated, the system generates a date that is 5 years later than the Update Investigation Due date. These positions are subject to periodic reinvestigation 5 years after placement in the position and at least each succeeding 5 years.
