Year Received

Enter the year the employee received the degree. If the Education Level is 04, 07, 08, 09, 11, or 12, this field must be blank or zeros.
‎Type the year the employee received the professional certification. The Year Received must be entered for professional certification codes 01 and 02. The Year Received must be blank for professional certification codes 03, 04, and 05.
