Enter the employee’s official education record which includes the major field of study beyond high school. Refer to Office of Personnel Management instructions for valid codes. Table Management System (TMGT) Table 036 also has a list of valid codes. For a list of school codes, see TMGT Table 025, field AD-350-Blk-Number 097 through 101 and 390.
‎Complete when education level is 06, 10, or 13 and above.
‎To enter the school code for the primary and secondary education records, select the Education Documents folder from the list of Payroll Actions on the New Document Selection menu.
