Employee
Using webTA, an Employee can:
- Enter timesheet data.
- View a summary of current pay period timesheet information.
- Submit leave and premium pay requests.
- Submit dollar transaction requests.
- View certified timesheets.
- Select accounting codes.
- Assign descriptions to accounting codes.
- Generate leave audit reports.
- Send messages to Supervisors and/or Timekeepers.
- Maintain schedules.
- Manage emergency contact information.
- Donate leave.
All Employee functions are accessed from the Employee Main Menu, which is displayed upon logging in to webTA.
