Employee

Using webTA, an Employee can:

  • Enter timesheet data.
  • View a summary of current pay period timesheet information.
  • Submit leave and premium pay requests.
  • Submit dollar transaction requests.
  • View certified timesheets.
  • Select accounting codes.
  • Assign descriptions to accounting codes.
  • Generate leave audit reports.
  • Send messages to Supervisors and/or Timekeepers.
  • Maintain schedules.
  • Manage emergency contact information.
  • Donate leave.

All Employee functions are accessed from the Employee Main Menu, which is displayed upon logging in to webTA.
