Total Disenrollment

The Total Disenrollment report lists employees no longer enrolled in TIPS.

The following fields are available in the Total Disenrollment Report page:

Department - Total Disenrollment

Select the applicable Department. This field defaults to All Available.

End Date

Display the end date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Start Date

Enter the start date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
