445 - TC 21 and 19 Not Allowed for Fire Chiefs

Description

Error: Transaction code (TC) 21 or 19 was recorded for a fire chief. Only 80 hours per pay period can be paid in the automated system. Any hours over 80 are paid at two different rates of pay and must be paid manually.

NFC Action

Delete the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report in order to have it processed manually.
