Description

Error: The employee is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and transaction code (TC) 21, Overtime Over 40, is recorded on the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report.

Only employees covered (nonexempt) by FLSA are eligible for TC 21. The FLSA code is entered in the Position Management System Online (PMSO).

NFC Action

Delete and notify the Agency, if appropriate.
