Description

Error: Transaction code (TC) 66, Prefix 61, was recorded and the hours exceed the balance.

Time-off hours granted are recorded by processing a personnel action. Time-off hours used are recorded on the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report using TC 66, Prefix 61. The hours used cannot exceed the hours earned.

NFC Action

Change the excess hours to:

Annual leave if available; if not
‎Restored annual leave if available; if not
‎Compensatory leave if available; if not
‎Absence without leave (AWOL).
