399 - TC 17 Prefix 21 & 22 Valid for IRS Only

Description

Error: Transaction code (TC) 17, Suffix 21 or 22, was recorded for an Agency other than the Internal Revenue Service.

The usage of TCs 17 Prefix 21, Place on Furlough, and 17, Prefix 22, Placement in Pay Status, are to be used by the Internal Revenue Service (Agency 93) only.

The Suffix field must be blank.

NFC Action

Delete from the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report and notify the Agency that a personnel action is required, if appropriate.
