356 - Annual Lv Used on Corr T&A Exceeds Orig T&A

Description

Error: The annual leave used on a corrected Time and Attendance (T&A) Report is different than the annual leave used on the original T&A.

This informational message indicates there is a discrepancy on annual leave used on a corrected T&A. If the annual leave used on a corrected T&A is greater than the original T&A and results in a negative annual leave balance, the T&A is suspended unless the Advanced Leave field is coded 1 or 3.

NFC Action

The system sends the applicable T&As to the Adjustment Processing System (ADJP).
