Description

Error: A prior Time and Attendance (T&A) Report was received too late for processing in the system.

The system is capable of processing original T&As up to four pay periods late. Original T&As prior to this timeframe must be processed manually.

Example: The processing pay period is 5. Prior T&As for Pay Periods 01 through 04 can be processed in Pay Period 05. However, a Pay Period 26 (or earlier) T&A must be processed manually.

NFC Action

If the employee was paid for the pay period of the T&A and the hours paid were more or less than the hours recorded on the late T&A, change the late T&A to a corrected T&A.

If the employee was not paid for the pay period of the T&A, delete the T&A and have the Agency submit a Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) request for payment.
