Pay Periods Not Consecutive for F/T or P/T Emp

Description

Error: A Time and Attendance (T&A) Report is missing.

The system edits for continuity of payment for part-time and full-time employees each pay period. A T&A should be processed each pay period for part-time and full-time employees unless a personnel action is processed whereby a T&A is not required (i.e., absence without pay for 30 days or more).

If a group of late T&As are being processed in a pay period, the range of T&As must be consecutive. All T&As must be included in the grouping otherwise none of the T&As in the group nor the current T&A will be paid.

Example: The processing pay period is 10. The employee was not paid for Pay Periods 07, 08, and 09. Late T&As were entered for Pay Periods 07 and 09; Pay Period 08 is missing. The system will suspend the current T&A for the status of the Pay Period 08 T&A.

If a T&A is missing, the current T&A suspends with this message. The remaining T&As suspend with message 319 until this message is corrected (i.e., the missing T&A is entered).

NFC Action

The T&A will remain in suspense until the Agency enters the missing T&A or a personnel action in the system or until the first pass of Time and Attendance Validation System (TIME) after Payroll Computation System (PAYE) (Pass 90).
