322 - Social Security Number or Agency Incorrect

Description

Error: An incorrect Social Security number (SSN) or Agency code entered on a Time and Attendance (T&A) Report or an accession or Agency change personnel action is needed.

The SSN and Agency code must match the SSN and Agency code on the database for the employee.

If the employee is newly hired or the employee, transferred from one Agency to another within the Department and the personnel action has not been transmitted, is in suspense or has an incorrect SSN or Agency, this message will display.

Note: This message applies to regular, continued, split, and corrected T&As.

NFC Action

Access Information/Research Inquiry System (IRIS) to verify the SSN and Agency code entered on the T&A. If either is incorrect, correct as applicable. Payroll/Personnel Report Generator System (CULPRPT) report P0099, Error Analysis for Time and Attendance Processing, lists T&As that require the processing of a personnel action to release the T&A from suspense.
