Description

Error: A prior Time and Attendance (T&A) Report was transmitted without a current T&A transmission.

A prior T&A will not release without the current T&A for a full-time or part-time employee. This informational message displays until the current T&A is entered in the system. Message 319 will also display with this message.

If the current T&A is not entered by the last Time and Attendance Validation System (TIME) release, the prior T&As will release providing there are no other errors.

NFC Action

The system automatically releases the prior T&A on the last pass of the Payroll Computation System (PAYE).
