280 - TC 45 and TC 46 Must Have Hours Entered

Description

Error: Transaction code (TC) 45 or TC 46 is recorded with no entry in the Hours field.

Eligibility for cost-of-living allowance (COLA) and post differential is established on a personnel action; payment is based on recording TC 45, COLA, or TC 46, Post Differential, on the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report. To begin payment, the T&A must be coded with the number of hours the employee is entitled to receive.
