237 - Transaction Code Not Valid for T&A

Description

Error: The transaction code (TC) used is not valid for the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report .

Certain TCs are not valid for the T&A but are valid for other system functions. The Table Management System (TMGT) Table 032, identifies TCs that are valid for the T&A. The AD-319 Flag, AD-320 Flag, and AD-321 Flag are indicators for the validity of the TC for the T&A. If this field contains V, the TC is valid for the T&A. If it contains N, it is not valid.
