170 - Acctg Data Use Code 1 Limits Acctg to One Line

Description

Error: An entry of 1 in the accounting code (AC) field indicates the one line of accounting data entered on the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report is to be stored; however, multiple lines of accounting are recorded.

Only one line of accounting data can be stored on the database. If the AC field is coded 1, only one line of accounting can be entered on the T&A.

Remove the 1 in the AC field and use the accounting data shown on the T&A.
