163 - No Check Mailing Address

Description

Error: A Time and Attendance (T&A) Report was transmitted with pay due but there is no check mailing address in the database for the employee.

NFC Action

If the residence address is on the database, force accept the T&A; the check will be sent to the residence address. If the residence address is not on the database, request an address from the Agency.

Note: Force accept after first pass of pay.
