144 - Unexplained Split T&A or Status Change

Description

Error: The Status Start and/or End field was completed with no personnel action or service year to match the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report.

Certain personnel actions and changes require split T&As. See the Time and Attendance procedure for a list of occurrences that require a split T&A.

Note: A split T&A is required at fiscal year end when military leave is used and when standby or administratively uncontrollable overtime (AUO) are charged to both fiscal years.

Also, the accession or separation action date must be compatible with the T&A status change start or end day.

NFC Action

If there is a personnel action in the database, change the status start and end dates to match the dates on the personnel action. If there is no personnel action in the database, remove the status start or end dates.
