Description

Error: The Time and Attendance (T&A) Report submitted was not split for a personnel action effective in the processing pay period.

A personnel action or other change (i.e., service year change), requires a split T&A. If the effective date of the change occurs on days 3 through 12 of the pay period, the T&A must be split.

If the effective date of the change occurs on days 1 and 2 or 13 and 14, a split is required only if the change is effective on these days and the employee worked days 1 and 2 or 13 and 14.

NFC Action

Split the T&A in accordance with the effective date of the personnel action. When splitting the T&A, the effective date of the personnel action is always entered in the Start field on the T&A.
