Description
Error: A Time and Attendance (T&A) Report was transmitted for an employee who is in nonpay status or is separated.
The database indicates the employee is in nonpay status or is separated based on a processed personnel action. The Current Employment Status Codes are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 indicating the employee is in nonpay status (see table below for descriptions). The Separation-Accession Type is 1 or 2 indicating the employee is separated. Code 0 in the Separation-Accession Type field indicates active status.
Current employment Status Codes:
- 1 - Military Furlough
- 2 - Leave without pay (LWOP) (Excess 30 Days)
- 3 - Furlough reduction in force (RIF)
- 4 - Furlough (Seasonal)
- 5 - Suspension
- 6 - Furlough (Intergovernmental Personnel Act)
- 7 - Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) - LWOP (Delete the T&A if there are zero hours recorded.)
- 8 - LWOP Pending Disability Retirement Approval (Delete the T&A if there are zero hours recorded.)
NFC Action
Payroll/Personnel Report Generator System (CULPRPT) report P0099, Error Analysis for T&A Processing, lists T&As that require the processing of a personnel action to release the T&A from suspense.
If hours were recorded on the T&A, the T&A is force accepted. If there are no pay hours on the T&A, delete it.
