133 - Acctg Code 2, No Acctg Stored on Database

Description

Error: The accounting code (AC) on the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report contains 2 indicating that the accounting data on the database should be used; however, the accounting data was never stored on a previously processed T&A.

The accounting data must be stored by completing the accounting data field with the applicable accounting and entering 1 in the AC field. Thereafter, AC 2 (use database) is entered in the AC field, and the accounting data fields are left blank.

NFC Action

For new employees, request the accounting data from the Agency. For other employees, use prior T&As accounting data or contact Agency.
