129 - FS Quarters on T&A; No Rate on Database

Description

Error: The Quarters field contains an entry; however, a personnel action was not processed to establish the deduction rate.

NFC Action

Delete the quarters from the Time and Attendance (T&A) Report and notify the Agency, if appropriate. Payroll/Personnel Report Generator System (CULPRPT) Report P0099, Error Analysis for T&A Processing, lists T&As that require the processing of a personnel action to release the T&A from suspense.
