117 - Advanced Leave Used Not Coded

Description

Error: Annual and/or sick leave used exceeds leave available resulting in a negative leave balance and the advanced leave field was not coded.

The leave used is taken from the transaction code (TC) 61 and TC 62 hour entries for Week1 and Week2.

This informational message indicates that the Advanced Leave field must be coded with one of the Advanced Leave Codes identified below, when annual or sick leave used is greater than the leave available (i.e., annual or sick leave forwarded plus the pay period accrual is less than the amount being used).

1 - Advanced Annual Leave

2 - Advanced Sick Leave

3 - Advanced Annual and Sick Leave
