Description

Error: Days worked were not reported for intermittent employee.

Days worked each pay period must be recorded for intermittent employees except for Forest Service (FS) Older American enrollees. If the T&A reflects no hours worked, enter 00 in the Days (in pay status) field.

NFC Action

Enter the number of days worked in the Days (in pay status) field.

Note: Though an employee may not work a full day, the time worked is counted as 1 day (i.e., 4 hours worked is counted as 1 day).
