110 - Exceeds Maximum Hours of Military Leave

Description

Error: The employee’s total number of days charged to military leave exceeds 15.

Eligible employees are allowed to use 15 calendar days of regular military leave each fiscal year. Members of the National Guard in the District of Columbia are allowed to exceed the 18-day limitation for parades and encampments ordered under the provisions of the law.

Note: Military leave can be carried over from one fiscal year to the next fiscal year.

NFC Action

Change the excess amount to:

Annual leave if available; if not
‎Restored annual leave if available; if not
‎Compensatory leave if available; if not
‎Absence without leave (AWOL).
