Description

Error: Days worked for the pay period not reported.

The appointment limitation is based on days worked; therefore, the number of days in pay status must be entered. If the employee was in nonpay status for the entire pay period, enter 00 in this field.

Note: Though an employee may not work a full day, the time worked is counted as 1 day (i.e., 4 hours worked is counted as 1 day).

Nonpay status includes leave without pay (LWOP), transaction code (TC) 71; absence without leave (AWOL), TC 72; Suspension, TC 73; and Furlough, TC 74.
