Brief Description |
Provides a letter to the personnel office to be issued to the employee confirming enrollment and/or change in enrollment in FEHB. A letter is available for every SF 2809, Health Benefits Registration Form, submitted through Employee Express. A copy of the letter is retained in the employee's official personnel folder. Letters are sorted by the organizational structure code and retained in RFQS for 26 pay periods. |
