Table 058, Cost Accounting Functions

Cost Accounting Functions is Table 058 on the MASC Tables-Update menu. This option is used to add, replace, or delete cost accounting functions for budget cost reporting.

Table 058 Update Screen

To add data to Table 058 Update Screen, complete the fields as follows:

Field	Description/Instruction
Action	Required, alpha, 1 position Type A.
Table Number	System generated Populated with the table number selected on the MASC Update Menu screen.
Cost Accounting Function	Required, alphanumeric, 2 positions Type the cost accounting code.
Last Updt	System generated Populated with the date the table was last updated.
Description	Required, alpha, 40 positions maximum Type the appropriate cost accounting function description.

To navigate in the system, press the applicable PF program function key displayed at the bottom of the screen.
