System Overview

ISPF is an application on the OS/390 mainframe operating system used by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). ISPF helps programmers develop interactive applications, called dialogs, which are used to communicate with terminal users. Through a series of panels, users gain access to ISPF functions (menus), request information (data entry panels), and provide information (scrollable data displays).
