Pay Plan Table

Applicable to printing and lithographic employees in the 4400 family and the 5330 series in the following designated wage areas:

  • Kansas City, MO
  • St. Louis, MO
  • Philadelphia, PA
  • Washington, DC

Employees in the 4400 family and 5330 series in areas other than those listed above are paid under the regular wage schedules for their wage areas under GS, WL, or WS pay plans. (There are only three steps in the regular wage schedules).

Takes the place of GS and GM for the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Personnel Management Demonstration Project only.

For Agency code 63, the grade can be 60, 70, or 80, and the step must be 00 through 10.

For Agency code JA, the step must be 00.

The base salary must be within the range of TMGT Table 098 for the applicable pay plan.

Must be EX, ES, FE, or IE with Retirement Plan codes R, T, W, or X; SR with Retirement Plan Codes 8 or 9; DB with Retirement Plan Code 2.

Must be EX or SR for Special Employment Programs Code 91.

The Pay Plan must be GS to receive supervisory differential.

The Pay Plan must be GS if or an FWS Pay Plan for PRD 4.

The Pay Plan cannot be PA, PE, or ZP for Pay Rate Determinant Code basic pay must be 6, E, or F.

Must be compatible with the appointing authority.

The Pay Plan must be compatible with quality step increase.

The FWS Pay Plan must be compatible with the Occupational Series Cod in PMSO.

Must be the same as saved grade pay plan for grade retention termination.
