FEGLI Coverage Code

Select the code that identifies if the employee is eligible for participation in Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) as authorized on the Standard Form (SF) 2817, Life Insurance Election, from the drop-down list. If eligible, the code indicates whether:
‎The employee waived coverage or is covered by basic life only.
‎OR
‎Has elected coverage under one of the optional insurance plans as well as the basic.
