This field indicates if the employee is returning to duty after a detail to an international organization under 5 USC 3343 or being re-employed after transfer to an international organization under 5 USC 3581 is being restored to duty under the provision of Chapter 43 of Title 38, US Code, after performing service as a member of a uniformed service is being re-employed after employment by a tribal organization to which Section 105(e)(2) of the Indian Self Determination Act applies. This field will be used in retirement coverage determination.
