Enter the deduction amount per pay period if the deduction is to be made in dollars and cents. If this field is completed, leave the Percent field blank.

‎Enter the amount to be deducted each pay period for membership dues in dollars and cents, if the deduction is based on a specific amount.

Note: Do not enter both a deduction amount and a deduction percent.
