Correcting a Time-Off Award

If a time-off award was processed with an incorrect number of hours, process a correction to the time - off award. Type the correct number of hours in the Award Hours and Verify Award Hours fields.

If the hours reported were more than the number granted and hours used exceed the amount granted:

• Process a correction to the time-off award (NOAC Nature of Action Code 002/872).
• Process a corrected T&A Time and Attendance.
• Change the erroneous hours charged to TC 66, Prefix 61, to the appropriate leave on the T&A Time and Attendance.
