Canceling a Time-Off-Award

If a time-off-award was processed and the time-off hours were not used and the Agency wishes to rescind the actions, process a cancellation action (NOAC Nature of Action Code 001/872) in History to cancel the time-off-award. Enter zeros in the Basic Pay and Verify Basic Pay fields.

If a time-off-award was processed and time off hours were used, and the Agency wishes to rescind the action:

• Submit corrected T&A Time and Attendances charging the used award hours to a paid leave category.
• Process a cancellation action to cancel the time-off award, and enter zeros in the Basic Pay and Verify Basic Pay fields.
