Home Address
This section explains how to enter a Home Address Contact.
- To enter a home address, select the Employee Self Service menu group.
- Select the Tasks menu.
- Select the Contact Information component. The Contact Information page is displayed.

- Select Home Address. The Home Address page is displayed.

- Select Add New Address. The Your Home Address - Home Address Detail page is displayed.

- Complete the fields as follows:

Required field. Enter the date the address is effective or select a date from the calendar icon. |

Enter the second line of the home address, if applicable. |

Required field. Enter the city of the home address. |

Enter the county of the home address. |

Required field. Enter the ZIP Code of the city. |

Defaults to USA. Change by selecting data from the search icon. |
- Select the Save button.
- Select the OK button.
- Select the Contact Information Home link. The Contact Information page is displayed.
