Changing Your Password

To change your password:

1. Access the Internet and go to the NFC Home Page.
2. Select the CLER icon on the Application Launchpad. The CLER Federal Employees Health Benefits, Centralized Enrollment Clearinghouse System Logon page is displayed.

   Note: To display information about the CLER Federal Employees Health Benefits, Centralized Enrollment Clearinghouse System application’s accessibility and security, select Accessibility or Security, as applicable.

   

3. Complete the following fields and select the Submit button:

   User ID

   Password

   Change Password

   A popup appears for the user to enter a new password.

   

4. Type the new password in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields and select the Submit button.
