New Reporting Center Report - EPP Paperless W-2 and 1095-C Report

Summary

A new Reporting Center report has been added which allows Agencies to view those employees who have opted in to paperless Wage and Tax Statement (W-2), and Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage (1095-C).

Added a new report entitled EPP Paperless W-2 and 1095-C Report.

Implementation

The EPP Paperless W-2 and 1095-C Report displays a list of organizations (by organization code) with the number of employees that have opted in to paperless W-2s and 1095-Cs. Current RPCT users will automatically have access to this report. No additional access request is necessary.

In the RPCT:

  1. Select Workforce Reports.
  2. Select EPP Paperless W-2 and 1095-C Report.
  3. Select an organization from the list of organization codes.
  4. Run the report.

Resources

The Reporting Center Procedure, which is available online on the National Finance Center (NFC) website, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the National Finance Center (NFC) Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab and select NFC System Documentation from the Publications Library section.
