These Release Notes are being superseded due to the replacement of gender with sex on all documentation. All other information remains the same.

Effective Pay Period (PP) 22, 2013, the following Agency-specific and community-wide changes will be implemented in the National Finance Center's (NFC) Payroll/Personnel System. The high-level summary table shown below references the incident and project number, identifies whether the project is an Agency-specific or community-wide change, states the project title, and gives a brief description of the change.

Projects marked with an asterisk (*) are available for testing in the user acceptance testing (UAT) environment.

212712 *	Community- wide	Telework Reporting	System modifications will be made to establish five new Telework data elements. The new elements are: Y, Yes, Eligible to Participate in Telework or N, No, Not Eligible to Participate in Telework. Transaction Code (TC) 54, Suffix 0, Routine Telework Hours in Pay Period. 215562	Agency- specific Treasury	Suppress the Standard Form (SF) 50, Notification of Personnel Action for Nature of Action Code (NOAC) 976	System modifications will be made to suppress the SF 50 from printing for the United States Department of the Treasury (Treasury), Agency 93 when the NOAC 976 is processed.
218401 *	Community- wide	Child Support and Alimony (CSA) Recipient Name Changes	System modifications will be made to populate the CSA recipient name on the Secure Payment Request (SPR) for payments processed through Treasury if it is either a check or an electronic funds transfer. This will allow document type 195, Child Care/Alim, to populate the Recipient Name field on the Court Child Care/Alimony page.
218597	Agency- specific GPO and Treasury	Converting non-Federal Reports to the Reporting Center	System modifications will be made to convert various non-Federal system-generated PACS reports to the Reporting Center for the Government Printing Office (GPO) and Treasury Agencies with the following plan codes: 45, 46, 48, PK, SD, DH, DS, DL, VH, VS, LH/LS, 10, 12, 54/55, PG, 82/83, PO, and PA.
314372	Agency- specific OCC	The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Request for Annotation on Individual Retirement Records (IRR)	System modifications will be made to the IRR Forms SF 2806 and SF 3100 for all retirees in Agency AJ, Pay Plan NB, to print the following statement "Please Note - The OCC uses a 2080 multiplier for compensation, life insurance, and retirement purposes."
319302 *	Agency- specific Treasury	Establishment of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) Agency	System modifications will be made to establish Treasury, BFS into the Payroll/Personnel System.
319342 *	Agency- specific DHS	Allowing Compressed Schedules for employees receiving Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO)	System modifications will be made to allow employees associated with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CU) to submit timecards for 10-hour/day compressed schedules with less than 40 hours in either week of the pay period. Additionally, changes will be made to the criteria for the timecards for AUO-covered employees under the compressed schedule.
323157 *	Community- wide	Fractional Leave Pay Period Reduction in Leave Accruals	System modifications will be made to ensure that leave without official pay (LWOP) hours accrued do not count towards the 80 hours limit for that pay period for an employee that is not in an accrue leave status.
335544	Agency- specific OFR	The Office of Financial Research (OFR) Request for Annotation on IRR	System modifications will be made to the IRR Forms SF 2806 and SF 3100 for all retirees in Agency TR/91, Personnel Office Identifier (POI) 2743, Pay Plan OR, to print the following statement "Please Note - The 'OR' pay plan uses a 2080 multiplier for compensation, life insurance, and retirement purposes."
354216	Agency- specific USDA/FSIS	Establish occupational series codes (OCC) 0086, 0306, and 0089	System modifications will be made to establish three OCCs for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The codes are 0086, Security Clerical and Assistance for pay plan AO (Management Support) grades/bands 01, 02, and 03; 0306, Government Information, pay plan AP (Administrative, Professional, and Scientific) grades/bands 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 5S, and 6S; and 0089 Emergency Management, pay plan AP (Administrative, Professional, and Scientific) grades/bands 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 5S, and 6S.
363891 *	Agency- specific DHS	Correctly Calculate Firefighter Pay for Chiefs	System modifications will be made to allow the Chief firefighters with DHS, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to receive one automated payment for all time worked in the pay period. This modification will eliminate the time-consuming process of manually processing payments for their firefighter rate and firefighter overtime rate.
372944	Agency- specific USDA	Centralized Service Center (CSC) Back Pay	System modifications will be made to process backpay cases for employees located in the CSC, of the Rural Housing Service, AG 07. Once the payments have been processed for all involved employees, a report will be prepared and provided to the Agency.
402899 *	Agency- specific CFBP	Overtime Rate for Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Exempt Employees	System modifications will be made to exclude Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) employees in the pay bands CN-80, CN-81, CN-82, and CN-90 from earning any of the following: overtime pay, compensatory time, holiday premium pay, travel compensatory time, night differential, or Sunday differential.
463183 *	Community- wide	Addition of Cybersecurity Field	System modifications will be made to allow the Front-End System Interface (FESI) and the Position Management System Online (PMSO) to store a two-digit cybersecurity data element. This data element will be transmitted to the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
522936 *	Agency- specific CFPB	Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Annual Leave Accrual Rates and Ceiling	System modifications will be made to change how annual leave accruals and ceilings are calculated to accommodate a new CFPB policy and eliminate time-consuming manual process.
537523 *	Agency- specific CFPB	Auto Enrollment with Nature of Action (NOA) 5XX and 803 in CFPB Thrift Code 94	System modifications will be made to allow CFPB employees under POI 2731 with a retirement coverage code of 5 to be automatically enrolled into Thrift Code 94, when the following NOAs are processed: 5XX (conversions) and 803 (change in retirement code).

623426 *	Agency- specific Treasury	Employee Personal Page (EPP), Employee Paperless Option	System modifications will be made to modify the EPP's preference page to add an option to choose between paper and paperless Statement of Earnings and Leave for all Agency employees of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Agency DN, Dept BF).
