Change Applications Label for the Sex Field in All Applications

Summary

Multiple National Finance Center (NFC) applications have been updated to comply with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) memorandum dated January 29, 2025. Pursuant to its authority under 5 U.S.C. §1103(a)(1) and (a)(5), OPM has instructed all Agencies to abide by the President’s Executive Order by ensuring that all applicable Agency policies and documents, including forms, use the term “sex."

To view and/or print procedures, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab and select NFC System Documentation to access the procedure.
