Summary

This bulletin is being superseded due to the replacement of gender with sex on all documentation. All other information remains the same.

Effective Thursday, January 29, 2015, a deployment of the Management Directive 715 (MD-715) will be available in Insight.

The MD-715 report will allow users to report on sex, ethnicity, race, and disability data to the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission. Insight will generate an Excel report that can be modified to meet Agency-specific requirements.

The Insight Procedure, which is available online at the NFC website, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print procedures, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC Home page. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Publications tab and select NFC System Documentation to access the procedure.
