Summary

The Medicare Claim Nbr field name has changed to Medicare Beneficiary Identifier in the Medicare Coverage section on the Change Plan page in Employee Personal Page (EPP).

Implementation

To View the Change in EPP:

1. Log in to EPP.
2. Select Health Insurance under Personal Info. The Enter FEHB Self-Service Request page displays with the Medicare Beneficiary Identifier field.
